How do you show up as a leader? Do you feel that you’re using your true, authentic voice, and are being heard?
Showing up as your unique self can be framed as one’s ability to tap into those things that matter most—our values, our strengths and weaknesses, our imprints, and inner sources of power. During this special Harvard Club of Toronto workshop, HBS alumna and executive coach Heather Stark will share a framework to help identify your individual culture, and how to embrace your authentic voice to be heard and have impact.
