Smashfest: Charity Ping Pong Challenge in Support of Concussion and Cancer Research

Thursday, July 24th, 2014, 6:30 p.m. - 1:00 a.m.

Harvard Club of Toronto members are invited by club member Steve Moore ('01) to attend Smashfest, a ping pong themed charity evening with NHL stars and other celebrities that raises money for concussion and rare cancer research.

Created by Dominic Moore ('03) and Steve Moore ('01), and held at Steam Whistle Brewery’s historic Roundhouse, Smashfest is an interactive evening putting guests right in the mix with NHL players from across the league, while raising funds to support two very important causes: concussion, as well as rare cancer research.

Ping-pong tables are a staple of NHL dressing rooms across the league, and provide the setting for players to showcase their skills and competitiveness in epic battles. Smashfest is your ticket inside, and your chance to join them at the table.

Smashfest 2014 features over 25 NHL players and other celebrities including: David Clarkson, Mike Cammalleri, Jeff Skinner, Doug Gilmour, Curtis Joseph, Nick Kypreos, Kevin Weekes, Cabbie Richards, and Tyler Seguin.

This event sells out every year, and there are only a few tickets remaining. Must be 19+ to attend.
