Dr. Chan is a leading figure in health care quality in Canada. He was inaugural CEO of Health Quality Ontario and previously the CEO of the Health Quality Council of Saskatchewan. He is Assistant Professor of at the U of T, in the Division of Global Health, School of Public Health and the Institute of Health Policy, Management and Evaluation.
