Will India Become a Great Power? Fire Side Chat on India

The Oxford & Cambridge Society of Toronto is pleased to invite Harvard Club of Toronto members to an event examining the future of India in the lead-up to that country's elections. The event features Peter Sutherland, Canada’s former High Commissioner to India and President & CEO of the Canada-India Business Council (and an alumni of Harvard Weatherhead Center for International Affairs) in discussion with Walter Stechel, Consul General of Germany and former Consul General in Mumbai (who spent last year at Harvard researching the topic). Douglas Goold of the Asia Pacific Foundation of Canada will moderate this Fireside Chat which is taking place at the private residence of a member of the Oxford & Cambridge Society of Toronto.
