From Dinos to DNA: The Story of Birds

Annual Allan Baker Memorial Lecture

This is a special invitation for members of the Harvard Club of Toronto to attend an event organized by the Royal Ontario Museum, featuring Harvard's Scott V. Edwards.

Birds are the living descendants of dinosaurs. Their DNA, comprised of over 1 billion DNA letters and thousands of genes, bears traces of their dinosaur ancestry. From T. rex to hummingbirds, join Harvard`s Scott V. Edwards as he explores how modern genomics are revealing how these fascinating creatures have evolved over tens of millions of years.

Lecture includes a post-event reception with one host drink.

Tickets are $20 for the general public and $18 for Harvard Club members. When purchasing a ticket, please select "Harvard Club" as your ticket type.
